Online forum held for coastal councils
The Marine Estate Management Strategy team recently held an online forum to share information with NSW coastal councils about some of the projects underway, in advance of upcoming workshops with coastal councils to explore future partnerships.
The range of presentations showcased key projects underway across the NSW marine estate that:
- improve water quality and reduce litter
- deliver healthy coastal habitats with sustainable use and development
- plan for climate change.
Throughout the day a total of 83 people joined in, including from 23 NSW coastal councils.
The power point presentations are now available online with videos of the presentations to be made available shortly.
