Great turnout for our Coastal sustainable development webinar

Crowded beach

Over 80 people joined our webinar on November 8th about Initiative 2: Healthy Coastal Habitats and Sustainable Development.

Our project officers shared details on many projects funded by the Marine Estate Management Strategy that focus on safeguarding coastal habitats in NSW and highlighted available resources through these projects.

Eleven speakers presented on a range of projects such as reconnecting fish habitats, ICOLL management, coastal floodplain drainage management, determining responsibility for breakwaters.

If you couldn't attend and want to catch up, you can watch the webinar here.

The recording is timestamped so you can navigate to individual presentations.

Also, consider catching up on our other MEMS webinars from this year: Initiative 3, Planning for climate change and Initiative 1, Water quality and litter.

Thanks to our keen attendees and fantastic presenters from Crown Lands, DPE Planning & Water, and DPI Fisheries.
