Marine estate webinars a hit with Councils

We’ve had a combined more than 260 people attend the 3 recent (MEMS) webinars on preparing for climate change, improving water quality and managing the impacts of development on coastal habitats between September and November this year.
A great majority of people attending were from NSW coastal councils.
Presenters updated attendees on a range of projects from MEMS Initiatives 1, 2 and 3 including reconnecting fish habitats, clean coastal catchments research, ICOLL management, coastal floodplain drainage management, determining responsibility for breakwaters, climate change research.
