Plastic free July is a great reminder not to litter our marine estate.

Fish, seabirds, turtles and marine mammals can become entangled in or ingest plastic debris.

You can help stop plastic ending up in our marine estate by avoiding single use plastics, taking a fabric bag with you when you go shopping and replacing plastic containers with glass or stainless containers.

The people of NSW love their marine estate and removing and reducing litter is an initiative of the Marine Estate Management Strategy.

Remember – Don’t be a Tosser!
